Why are your shoes so expensive? Do you really have these kicks in Stock?

Yes - all of our shoes are guaranteed real, 100% Authentic, Dead-stock shoes. If you're not 100% Happy with your shoes, no sale is ever final, email or call us about an exchange! We are one of the top re-sellers of Authentic Kicks Online!

After you place your order, please watch your email closely, your shoes maybe out of stock and we will contact you for a new choice or new size which we do have in stock.

We start to process your order right away after you checkout and purchase the shoes, so please be sure you are sure about the shoes, size, and the delivery time for the shoes.

  1. What are my payment options?
    We currently accept secure Visa and Bank/Debit cards with Visa logo, or money order though the mail (Look for the Money Order Form Above).
  2. How much is shipping?
    Shipping is $14.99 per pair. Yes we ship to APO/FPO Addresses!
  3. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
    Average delivery time is 10-15 business days (Mon-Fri). All Items are Shipped Express - but are coming from Overseas.
  4. Do you accept returns?
    Not Happy with the Shoes? Contact us, we can try to exchange them. All sales are final, unless an error is made on our part. Please refer to our return policy for more details.
  5. Are the items on your site Authentic?
    All items on our site are 100% Authentic. If you have any questions about quality or problems once you receive the shoes - please call or email us. We are sure that you will be pleased with the items once you receive them.
  6. I did not receive order confirmation from you.
    Please check your junk/spam email box, many Internet providers may mark our emails as spam. Please make sure you provide us with your correct email address.
  7. Is your site secure?
    Yes, we protect our customer's sensitive data.
  8. How do you combat against fraud?
    At CrispyKicks we implement the highest level in fraud deterrent system. We verify that the billing address you enter during the checkout process matches what is on file with your credit company. We also verify the last 3 digits on the back of the card for extra security.
  9. Do you have women or kid sizes?
    All sizes listed on CrispyKicks.com are in Men's US sizes unless noted otherwise.
  10. Do You Carry Sizes Greater then 13 or Smaller then 7?
    We mainly carry sizes 8-12 in US Men's as listed on our site. If the size you are looking for is not listed on our site, send us an email. We have size 14-15 in a few pair.
  11. What If I Don't Receive My Order Within the Promised Time Period?
  12. PLEASE EMAIL US! We are not here to rip anyone off. Our customers are our #1 PRIORITY. Items are usually shipped within 3 business days and don't usually take the full amount of time we promise. Also keep in mind that your shipping may experience a slight delay during major holidays. If you have not received your item within 15 business days please make sure to send us an email so that we can resolve the issue immediately.

Payment / Credit Card Policy

Due to Increasing fraud and stolen credit cards, there is zero-tolerance for stolen cards, false information, or customers committing fraud.

We also can only ship to the Billing Address.  All orders with a different shipping address will be refunded / Canceled, no questions asked.  Please call the 1-800 number on the back of your card to add the shipping address to your card, so they will match when ordering.

All customers using a credit / debt card at checkout are held responsible for charge back, NSF, Bank Fees, Restocking and Shipping fees in the event of a chargeback or item return.
