Exchanges

We always help our customers enjoy shopping with us. Sometimes an exchange is absolutely necessary. If there is a problem with your purchase from us, please take advantage of our exchange policy. You can email our dedicated customer service at sales@crispykicks.com within 3 days upon the delivery date.

Exchange Guideline

  • All Sales are final.
  • The customer has to contact us to get a exchange authorization and exchange address within 3 days upon receipt if you want to exchange your purchase.
  • Please indicate reason for exchange to get the exchange authorization and exchange address.
  • All items must be exchanged in the original package and in resalable condition.
  • Pack merchandise securely. Please include the following information with your exchange: Bill-to name, address; ship-to name, address; order number; reason for exchange; phone number.
  • All exchanges are required to be sent within 1 week (5 business days upon authorization) and must be sent with United States Postal Service.
  • Shipping Fees are non-refundable. Restocking fees and/or shipping for the new pair may apply if the shoes are as ordered.

Shipping

Please confirm your shipping address before pay for it, you are best to leave the phone number for contacting. Please provide a valid email address and check emails after you have purchased for any updated information.

Items are generally shipped out within 3 working days after payment has been verified (Sat. & Sun. and most national holidays excluded.).

Shoes will be delivered via the U.S. Postal Service (USPS).

Once we ship your package, we will send you tracking number once it available. Package transmitting time normally takes 10 to 15 business days, (2-3 Weeks) depending on the destination, holidays and factors beyond Postal Service's control. If there is a little delay, please have more patience.
