SHIPPING / DELIVERY OF SHOES
- CrispyKicks.com shoes are shipped directly from overseas with EMS
Shipping (Local Mail Service)
- All packages must be signed for. If nobody is home, your local post office
will hold your package until it is picked up and signed for.
- If a package is returned to sender because the buyer did not claim the
package, we are not responsible for reshipping a replacement pair of shoes.
- Shipping time is approx. 2-3 weeks from the Date we receive your Order
- Sometimes a shoe might be out of stock, in that case, the customer will
email us with the new choice of shoes they would like to order (We
Cannot Refund the Order).
- We cannot be held for any decisions Customs decides to make about your package

ALTERNATE SELECTIONS / EMAIL ADDRESSES
We have instituted a policy of "alternate selections" on orders. This
is to increase customer satisfaction and ensure that they receive a pair
of shoes, even if by chance the first pair they order is unavailable.

EXCHANGE POLICY
- There are No exchanges on kicks unless there was an error on our part.
- Customers are required to email us within 3 days of receiving their
sneakers if they need to make an exchange.
- On all refunds, there will be a small refund charge taken off, this is from our Credit Card company, and not us.
- Crispy Kicks.com will never issue a REFUND but rather a COMPANY
CREDIT good towards any purchase @ Crispy Kicks.com
- Unacceptable reasons for an exchange: colors of the shoes are
darker/lighter than pictured, shoes had minor color differences from the
picture, shoes do not fit (see below for more info), 'I would rather have a
different shoe'.
- Buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping the sneakers back for an
exchange.

- All shoes are in Brand New, dead stock condition, Never Used.
- Shipping is a flat 14.99 fee per pair Worldwide
- All sales are Final.
- All Sizes are in US Mens Sizes, unless it is stated in Womens Sizes
- Crispykicks.com will never share customer information with a third party.

confidentiality is guaranteed. Crispykicks.com does not have access to any
customer payment information. All payment information is securely processed
by our Payment Processor and they are prohibited in using your information
in any other way but to only charge you for the order.
We are posting here our phone number for compliance with our credit card
provider. However, we do not offer service over the phone, please use
the appropriate address on our "contact us" page. We have a great track
record of replying to your email in 24 hours or less.
